Store operations
Products, collections, pages, promotions and app upkeep, done after your day ends.
I'm a freelance ecommerce manager for Shopify brands doing $500k–$5M a year. I handle the store work your team hasn't got time for, on a monthly plan rather than a full-time salary.
Plans from $1,500/month. Month to month. Based in Japan, working on Australian time.

I currently run two established Australian Shopify stores doing a combined $30M+ a year.
Products to load, promotions to build and roll back, marketplace feeds throwing errors, reports spread across five tabs. I take that off your team's plate, with set hours and a turnaround you can count on.

Marketplace listings and sync, live dashboards, automations and a tidy software stack.
Someone to own your roadmap, coordinate your developers and agencies, and plan the year's promotions.

I work from Japan, one to two hours behind Sydney. Send a request during your day and I pick it up that evening, so it's usually done before you start the next morning.
Each plan has a set number of hours, a guaranteed turnaround and one request board for everything. Month to month, with 30 days' notice to stop.

Your plan or project, scope and start date, with a simple service agreement and the first invoice.
Collaborator access to Shopify (no shared passwords), plus the tools we need and a shared Slack channel. Then a 30–45 minute kick-off on priorities, brand rules and who approves live changes.
A short list of issues and quick wins, and the first fixes shipped.
Priorities agreed and on the request board, with a set day for your weekly update.
What's working, what's next, and whether your plan is the right size.
Any work on your requests: doing the task, testing it, and writing it up. Calls and the weekly update are included. Time is tracked in 15-minute blocks and listed in your monthly report, so you can see exactly where it went.
Anything on the operational side of your Shopify store: products, collections, pages, promotions, small theme fixes, marketplaces, dashboards, automations, and coordinating your developers and designers. Not included: paid ads, photography and design, full theme or custom app builds, customer service inboxes, and 24/7 support. If something's out of scope I'll tell you before starting, and suggest who can help.
Yes, for one month only, up to 25% of your plan's hours. For example, on Growth up to 5 unused hours carry into next month.
Japan is 1–2 hours behind Sydney and Melbourne (depending on daylight saving), 1 hour behind Brisbane and 1 hour ahead of Perth. I work on your requests in the evening after your day ends, so you usually see them done the next morning. Calls are booked ahead, early morning or on weekends. Everything else runs through a shared request board, Slack and short Loom videos.
No. Plans are month to month. After the first month, either of us can end it with 30 days' written notice. If you leave, you get a full handover.
Tell me what's on it and where you're stuck. On a free 20-minute call we'll work out whether I can help.
